SovereignSovereign — your business run by AI, under your approval.

Most small businesses face two endgames: get captured by SaaS vendors who own your data and your AI, or get rolled up by private equity who own your equity. Sovereign is the third path. You keep your business, your data, your margin, your customers. Your AI specialists fine-tune on YOUR traces, not your competitors'. The operating quality of a VC-backed 50-person team — without becoming one. I built Sovereign for my own family of 16 before I sold it to anyone.

Your calls answered, your books kept current, your marketing run — by AI that proposes, and you who approve. From $599 a month; everything for $1,499.

Built for businesses of five to fifty people.

What it does

Three services. One system. You approve.

Front Desk · $599/mo. Answers your calls and texts. Keeps the customer list and follow-ups current. Sends a daily brief.
Marketing · $899/mo for all three modules. Social posting, ads management, website & search. Any two modules $749. One module: social $449, ads $499, website & search $249. Modules switch on and off per business.
Back Office · $399/mo. Bookkeeping assist — your bookkeeper stays. A live P&L. A weekly financial read.

How it starts

The diagnostic starts when you connect. Not when the invoice clears.

Start with a Diagnostic — $2,500, one week, credited in full against a Sprint or the first three months of Complete if you sign within 30 days. Its first three days are the 72 Hours: three beats, three days.

Hour 1 — the connection

You grant governed access

You connect your books and your payments — or the equivalents for your industry. OAuth only. We never hold your passwords. How it protects you is something you experience in the first minute, before anyone explains it to you.

Hour 24 — the mirror

The Diagnostic Brief lands

A written brief on your business: what the data actually says. Margin, leaks, patterns, the unreconciled. Most owners have never seen their whole business in one document. This is the artifact you keep, whatever you decide afterward.

Hour 72 — the first answer

You ask your own system

You put a real question to your own system and get a real answer out of your own data. That is the moment it stops being our product and starts being yours.

Honest edges: the 72 Hours is the Diagnostic's opening arc, not the finish line. Full onboarding runs two to four weeks for a typical business, six to eight for a complex one, and I won't promise faster — early trust dies on broken timelines. If Hour 24 slips, we say so and reset the clock. No external business has run the 72 Hours yet; the first ten get white-glove onboarding, from me directly.
